SSAT Prep
This year we are offering SSAT Prep for our 8th grade students. This is with Dynamis Learning Academy, a company run by Helen Panos, a parisioner. The sessions will run on Wednesday’s in the education building after school.
8 hours of SSAT prep is $500 per student billed via FACTS.

Mock Pre-Test 2.15pm-4.15pm
Session 2 - 18th October
Math Strategies 2.15pm-3.30pm
Session 3 - 25th October
Math Strategies 2.15pm-3.30pm
Session 4 - 1st November
Verbal Strategies 2.15pm-3.30pm
Session 5 - 8th November
Mock Post-Test 2.15pm-4.15pm
The results of the test will be emailed to parents.
The schedule is planned so that after the first mock test the program can be specifically designed for the group. By finishing in early November we suggest students study for the rest of the month and Thanksgiving break before taking the SSAT at St Pius X on the 9th December.

Helen Panos
Helen Panos is the Founder/CEO of Dynamis Learning, a K-12 nationwide tutoring & SSAT/SAT/ACT company. Helen is an accomplished educator with over 25 years of teaching/administrative experience. Currently Dynamis employs up to 20 tutors, and they specialize in various subject matter ranging from math, reading, writing, test prep, academic planning, college essay writing and more. Tutors within Dynamis meet virtually or at a child’s home/library in the metro Atlanta area. Helen enjoys reading, traveling, and interviewing guests on her podcast, Smart Parents Successful Students which can be found on Spotify.
Ira Danzig
Ira Danzig has been a Mathematics, History, Biology, and test prep tutor for over 40 years. He has worked with students from many middle and high schools in Atlanta and several states as far away as Hawaii. Ira’s accomplishments include Mathematics Chairperson for two private schools as well as Georgia STAR Teacher – twice. His interests include various sports and a strong love for reading. He's currently writing a novel and looking into beekeeping.
Prior to the course students will need a copy of Princeton Review SSAT & ISEE Prep, 2023: 6 Practice Tests + Review & Techniques + Drills (Private Test Preparation)
