Season: Mid-August - Mid-October

Fees: $280.00

Team Expectations:

  1. All interested players should be ready to learn and have an interest in playing soccer with their classmates.

  2. All skill levels are welcome. If we have too many players for the amount of teams/coaches there will be an evaluation process.

  3. Players are expected to attend all practices unless sick or injured. Players and or parents must communicate with the head coach/AD for excused absences. If any practices are canceled, parents will be notified through GroupMe.

Clothing & Equipment:

Players will be responsible for wearing the appropriate clothing and gear to each practice and game. This includes cleats, shin guards, athletic clothing, a size 5 ball, and a water bottle.  If you are a goalie, please bring gloves. Each player will be provided with their team uniform before the first game and will need to be returned at the end of the season. Each player will be required to supply white socks for game days.

Transportation:

The school will provide transportation to all games and transportation back to campus for their away games. Pick- up after away games for those riding the bus back to campus will be in front of the gym. Our home field is the Canakaris Athletic Field. Pick up for home games will be at the Canakaris Athletic Field.

*If school transportation is not available, parents will be responsible for getting their players to the game. Parents will be notified if transportation is not available.

Team Communication:

Our primary form of communication will be through the GroupMe app. You can expect any schedule changes or practice updates here. Once we have the official roster you will be added to the team to receive notifications. Please make sure to download this app. In addition to GroupMe, emails will be sent out for longer updates.

Parent Volunteers/Coaching:

If we have too many players, we will break into two teams. In that case, we would need an assistant coach. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact kparchment@adsatlanta.org
