Practice: Tuesdays 3:15- 4:45 at Echo Ridge 

Transportation will be provided by the school to the tennis courts and back to campus for those who need it. Pick up at Echo Ridge at 4:45.

Season: March 3 - April 1. I will send out the schedule once it is finalized. 

Fees: $ 280.00   

Team Expectations:

  1. All interested players should be ready to learn and interested in playing tennis with their classmates.

  2. All skill levels are welcome. There will be an evaluation process if we have too many players for the number of teams/coaches.

  3. Players are expected to attend all practices unless sick or injured. Players and or parents must communicate with the head coach/AD for excused absences. If any practices are canceled, parents will be notified through GroupMe.

Clothing & Equipment:

On practice days: athletic wear, tennis shoes, racket, and water bottle. On match days, players will wear their P.E. shirt with similar color bottoms or black bottoms. 

Transportation:

The school will provide transportation to away games and practices. 

*If school transportation is not available, parents will be responsible for getting their players to the game. Parents will be notified if transportation is not available.

Team Communication:

Our primary form of communication will be through the GroupMe app. You can expect any schedule changes or practice updates here. Once we have the official roster you will be added to the team to receive notifications. Please make sure to download this app. In addition to GroupMe, emails will be sent out for longer updates.

Parent Volunteers/Coaching:

If we have too many players, we will break into two teams. In that case, we would need an assistant coach. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact kparchment@adsatlanta.org
